Nothing is better on a  cold Winter day, or night at the North Pole.
Santa knows when we have lots of Hot Cocoa we work better.
There is a bottomless cocoa pot in the workshop- I think
Santa used some magic for that one.

I have a Cocoa gift to share with you, it isn't magic
but it is close. I hope you will try it and enjoy it.

Hot Cocoa Cones

These are fun to make as gifts for your
family and friends. Elves adore gifts. We have
some of these made and when we have company
we give each person one as they leave. I
like to see the smiles and you will too.
You will need some plastic cone bags,
You can gets these at a craft store like
Michaels, they are in the cake decorating sections.
Cocoa mix.  Minature marshmallows, mini chocolate chips,
or the chocolate chips of your choice. Sprinkles
in red and green work well too. small rubber bands or
twist ties, ribbon and a tag.

2-2/3 cups dry milk powder
(To make a much smoother drink
put the dry milk through the food processor)
1-1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2/3 unsweetened Hershey's cocoa powder
1/3 cup and 2 tablespoons powdered non-dairy creamer
In a large mixing bowl, combine milk powder, confectioner's sugar, cocoa powder, and creamer
. Stir till thoroughly combined.
Put 1/2 cup of mix in each cone. Add
the marshmallows or the chips in layers. secure the cone with a rubber band
and add a pretty ribbon and tie a bow.
I will add a tag you can print to tie on the cone or you can make your own.
You can also pour this in glass containers. Sugar shakers, or
fancy glass containers make such pretty gifts.Layer then
the same way as the cones. This recipe will make 6 cones.

For 1 serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mixture in a   mug,
and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
Add your chips,marshmallows as desired.
