more days until Elf Eve....
You know we are getting so
excited here at the North Pole.
We have decorated the front
Lobby of the work shop.
Do you wonder why we decorated
it today?
Because today is a special
day.
Very, very special
Wedding Wednesday
It is also Anniversary
Wednesday.
Elves cannot marry until they
are 150 years old.
The only day
of the year they can marry is December 17th.
This year there was only one
wedding,
the joining of Sarah
and Saul Zim, the newest elf couple
It was so beautiful gathering
in the decorated workshop.
But now everybody gets to
celebrate. We will eat and sing and dance.

It is also Santa and Mrs Claus's
Anniversary!

Now we are going to the dining
hall to feast on wedding cake, and wedding cookies,
big bowls of vanilla ice cream
and frosty eggnog!
